Get fit and increase energy levels
Program for people with a range of conditions affecting balance and mobility.
Participants must be able to walk 10 metres with or without walking aid unassisted.
A community-based exercise fitness program.
Designed by Physiotherapists and led by fitness instructors
1 hour and consists of a seated warm up, exercise stations and a cool down

START: April 7 2020
END: June 11 2020
DATE and TIME: Tuesdays and Thursdays for 10 weeks
11:15 am to 12:15 pm
WHERE: Gym at Paul Reynolds Community Centre
Registration is on referral from a Physician, Physiotherapist, Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner.
There is a participant waiver and consent form
